About this store and your health information

SphinxMD sells maternity, postpartum, and women's health products directly to consumers. Shopping here is a retail transaction, not medical care.

Payment information

We do not collect or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Square, which collects your card details directly through its secure systems. We receive only limited transaction data, such as confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and the billing name and ZIP code.

• Square — processes payments and maintains our inventory records
• Shipping carriers — receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order
• Email service providers — send transactional and marketing email on our behalf

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary — they keep you signed in, remember what is in your cart, and let checkout work. Others help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the store, including checkout, may not function.

We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as there is no common standard for how to interpret them.

Marketing email

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements, which is generally at least seven years. Account information is kept while your account is active. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
